Fairfield Janitorial provides post-construction cleaning for new commercial construction, tenant improvements, remodels, and renovations. Each service plan is tied to the project phase and the areas released for cleaning.

Supported construction and renovation phases

Supported phases include rough cleaning, progress cleaning, phased cleaning, final cleaning, and punch-list touch-ups. Pre-opening and final turnover cleaning are also available when included in the planned service plan.

Residue and debris boundaries

Planned work can cover dust and routine construction residue on accessible floors, windows, fixtures, restrooms, and interior surfaces. Entrances and hardscape areas can be included when their condition and access are planned. Bulk debris hauling and unrestricted removal of adhesives, coatings, paint, grout, or mortar are outside the standard service plan.

Clear responsibility boundaries

Cleaning does not include trade repairs, installation, demolition, construction management, or punch-list ownership. Hazardous materials, regulated waste, and licensed remediation require an appropriately qualified provider.

Work is sequenced around planned access, active trades, site equipment, and safety protocols. The confirmed cleaning window establishes when released areas are available and which tasks can proceed. Completion timing depends on the final service plan and site schedule.

The service plan identifies the rooms and surfaces available after each trade handoff. This keeps cleaning tasks connected to released work areas instead of unfinished or occupied trade zones.
